The County FCU is pleased to announce the promotions of several long-time staff: Dennis Rogeski, Tess Greene, and Carla Cambridge.
Dennis Rogeski was promoted to Vice President of Lending. He has been with The County FCU for ten years, beginning as an Indirect Loan Officer. He was promoted to Retail Services Manager, Northern Region, in 2022 and Assistant Vice President of Retail Services in early 2024. An Air Force veteran, he received the Army Commendation Medal, which led to the Airman of the Year Award in 2007 for service in Afghanistan.
“I am honored to be promoted to Vice President of Lending at The County,” said Rogeski. “Providing loans is a key part of the People Helping People movement and a tool that we rely on to fulfill our member promise. I am excited for the opportunity to lead the lending team as we work hard to offer best-in-class products and services for our members and communities.”
“We are very proud of what Dennis has accomplished here at The County,” said James Mattila, COO at The County FCU. “His dedication and expertise are exactly what we need to help take us into the next chapter of growth in our story. Dennis’s dedication to the credit union motto of People Helping People and putting members first is evident in his daily actions. This trait pairs perfectly with his new role, ensuring that his member-first focus benefits our membership and organization alike.”
Tess Greene was promoted to Assistant Vice President – Branch Manager of Old Town. Greene began her career at United Bank in 1991 and worked there until transitioning to Advanced Payroll Plus in 1997. She joined Bangor Savings Bank in 2003 and remained there until 2012 when she joined Penobscot County FCU as a branch manager. When The County FCU merged with Penobscot County FCU, Greene continued as a branch manager. She has served in this role for each of the southern branches, Bangor, Howland, and Old Town, sharing her experience with her coworkers over the years.
“Helping members reach their financial goals has been the most rewarding aspect of my career at The County FCU,” said Greene. “So often, I have members come back to me to thank me for helping them reach their homeownership and overall financial goals. When this happens, it makes all my efforts worthwhile and truly makes my heart sing.”
“Tess’s strong work ethic and determination make her an invaluable asset to our team,” said Dana Sibley, Regional AVP of Retail Services at The County FCU. “Her unwavering commitment and the positive impact she has on our organization make a difference to our members and staff every day!”
