The County FCU is pleased to announce they have promoted Dustin Graham from the position of Mortgage Loan Officer to Caribou Branch Manager.
Graham came to The County FCU in 2019 after working for MMG Insurance as an underwriter for six years. He graduated from the University of Maine in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Education. He completed multiple industry-related trainings and earned a Risk Management and Insurance certificate from the University of Southern Maine. Graham also earned his MBA with a focus on Risk Management from Husson University in 2019.
“We are very pleased to support the advancement of Dustin’s responsibilities to the level of branch manager,” said Dan Bagley, Executive Vice President. “Dustin represents the credit union philosophy of People Helping People very well in his job role, in his community service, and his volunteerism. Dustin has honed his skillset into being a highly impactful member of the Caribou branch team. Dustin’s professionalism and his practice of putting the needs of the members and staff as his highest motivation will serve him well in this new role.”
Graham volunteers with several community groups and has served on the board of directors for Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp, C-A-N-C-E-R, Momentum Aroostook, Wintergreen Arts Center, and Realize Maine Network.

Since I started with the company as a loan officer, I have learned that the employees here are truly dedicated to the credit union difference of People Helping People. I am looking forward to becoming Branch Manager to strengthen relationships with members and my teammates.”
Graham also is co-owner of County Kettle Corn, LLC, which he operates with his wife, Stephanie. Together, they have two children.
