There’s still time to register for the December 3 Supervisor University training in Bangor. Shannon Lindstrom will lead the discussion, which will focus on emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Research shows that emotional intelligence is more important than ability and technical skills combined. Fortunately, it is a skill that can be developed in everyone. Participants will leave this Supervisor University training with a better understanding of themselves and others so that they can build rapport, lead change, handle conflict, and collaborate effectively.
This training was held earlier this year and this is what attendees had to say about their experience:
“I’ve learned how to deal with certain employees better & conflict. I’ve also learned more about myself as a leader.”
“Shannon was very knowledgeable and had great, real life, personal experiences.”
“I loved exploring different personality styles and seeing which ones relate to myself and my co-workers. I also loved working with others to gain different perspectives toward certain situations.”
