Stacy Rodenberger Fills Role to Enhance League Training Programs

Stacy Rodenberger joined the credit union family as the League’s new Enterprise Training Manager in the Human Resources & Facilities Department.  Stacy will be assisting with the facilitation of strategic planning sessions throughout 2019 and will be working with Member Services on the development of important educational initiatives for our credit unions.

“Stacy will fill an important role that will enhance our organization’s culture and advance our capabilities through the training programs she will facilitate and develop,” said Cheryl Lancaster, MECUL Executive Vice President for Member Services.  “For the short-term, her focus will primarily be on internal training for League and Synergent staff, but as the year goes on, she will certainly have more interaction with our members through conferences and strategic planning facilitation, who will undoubtedly benefit from working with her.”

Prior to joining the League, Stacy served as a Leadership Development Specialist at Priority Learning, a consulting firm in South Portland, where she designed, developed, and facilitated leadership and organizational development workshops for clients across southern and central Maine. Stacy also has a background in the arts and worked in the Learning and Interpretation Department of the Portland Museum of Art for 14 years where she designed professional development programs for K-12 teachers across the state.

“The League has such a strong reputation for leadership and innovation and is known as one of the best places to work in Maine, so it is an honor to be a part of such a dynamic and positive team,” said Stacy Rodenberger.  “As a long-time credit union member, I am excited to work in support of these important financial institutions and look forward to contributing to their growth and success.”
