On July 11 and 12, the League will be holding a valuable training course at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook to help new tellers succeed in their roles. The Symitar® Basics for New Tellers program will help prepare tellers for fundamental transactions using the Symitar platform. The two-day course also will cover the following topics:
- Basic teller skills
- Overview of Account Manager
- Everyday teller transactions
- Reading transaction history
- Review cash handling skills
- Balancing teller drawer, researching, and correcting errors
- Shared Branching
