The next group of credit union executives have descended upon Madison, Wisconsin, for two weeks to attend CUNA's Management School. Seven of those attending this year's School are from Maine, three of whom are in their final year.
The 2015 CUNA Management School began on July 12, and continues through July 24. During the two-week session, students will attend classes at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and participate in experiential learning in the greater Madison community, as well.
To date, more than 5,000 students have completed the program which takes place for two weeks over the course of three summers.
Attendees from Maine this year are: Year 3 - Rachel Newman of York County FCU, Hans Niederer of Maine State CU, and Karen Smith of CC FCU; Year 2 - Mollie Ryan of Five County CU, and Kim Turner of Otis FCU; and Year 1 - Dianne Bourgoin of Taconnet FCU, and Travis Martin of Bangor FCU.
