Rachel DeAlto

Rachel DeAlto is a communication and relatability expert, media personality, keynote speaker, and the author of “relatable: How to Connect with Anyone Anywhere (Even if It Scares You)” (Simon & Schuster, 2021). DeAlto maintains a law degree, a Master’s in psychology, and an influential social media presence where she shares psychological research updates and practical takeaways to connect and communicate more efficiently.

On a mission to connect people to their most powerful resource—each other—DeAlto engages audiences of every size with tactical and practical tools to expand their emotional intelligence, empowering them to communicate more effectively and build stronger professional relationships and teams.

Stacie VanDenBerghe

Stacie VanDenBerghe has been working in the credit union industry for over 20 years. She has worked with directors, CEOs, executive management, and staff of credit unions in both large and small credit unions. Before starting her own consulting company, CU Innovate, in 2016, she spent five years at the Michigan Credit Union League as Director of Consulting Services. In that role VanDenBerghe developed, oversaw, and presented training and development programs for credit union executives, directors, and volunteers. This included conferences, training events, webinars, workshops, and other on-site customized training programs. During her tenure at MCUL/CUSC, she created and brought several new programs to the credit union movement. From on-site, customized, full staff in-services days to kick-off events and League events, VanDenBerghe has been bringing motivation and an industry innovation expertise that allows her to stand out amongst other speakers.

Tamra Gaines

Tamra Gaines is a business leader, keynote speaker, author, and coach. She shares learnings from her three-decade career where she focused on the development of people, business and creating experiences.

Through her public speaking events and volunteer service with Big Brothers-Big Sisters, Gaines developed a strong desire to educate and motivate others to stretch toward their potential. She captured these lessons in her book “The Pillars of Confidence” that explores specific actions readers can take to be more confident in their professional and personal lives and become more effective leaders.

Gaines has earned several awards based on her advanced experience and leadership in the hospitality, direct selling, and financial industries and has served on various boards and volunteer committees. In addition to being a Certified Professional Coach, and obtaining her certificate of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) from Cornell University, she also is a Certified Meetings Manager and a certified speaker with the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
