On Friday, April 24, Seaboard FCU marked a milestone anniversary with its 75th Annual Meeting. The credit union marked the occasion with a cake and other items at the Meeting held at the Bucksport Performing Arts Center.
The credit union was founded in Bucksport in 1940, and 75 years later now has three locations in Bucksport, Ellsworth and Hermon. Kyle Casburn, President/CEO, called the milestone a "testament to our member-owners and the many individuals who have supported the credit union over the years. We are proud of our history, and pleased to celebrate serving our members for 75 years."
John Murphy, President of your League, attended the meeting and offered congratulations. "The credit union is a great example of providing outstanding service to their members and community. I congratulate the credit union's staff, volunteers and members on the occasion of your 75th anniversary."
