The Maine Credit Union League is committed to helping credit unions succeed and improve the financial lives of their members, accomplished through advocacy, outreach, education, and a plethora of resources and services—including strategic planning, a service we’re proud to have reintroduced in 2025.
Our strategic planning services are tailored to empower credit unions with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to achieve their goals and better-serve their members. The process fosters team alignment, encourages thoughtful discussion, and results in actionable goals and detailed plans that guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Now that the second week of July is nearing its end, we’re officially halfway through the calendar year. If your credit union hasn’t already scheduled a strategic planning session, now is the time to do so!
