Organizational culture is an essential factor in a healthy, thriving workplace. When your employees are able to work together effectively, feel valued, positively face adversity, and know they are contributing to a greater cause, your credit union is more likely to see greater success and happier employees. The Global Women’s Leadership Network understands the importance of culture on a positive work life and hopes you will save the date to join them on Wednesday, September 13 for a workshop on Building a Resilient Culture.
Lee Ann Szelog, a sought-after speaker, award-winning author, photographer, and former lighthouse keeper, will present in the morning on finding the strength within to persevere challenges, improving your communication and positive influence, realizing the power of your day-to-day choices, supporting and leading your team through change, and finding the power within to cope. The day will conclude with a panel discussion in the afternoon with credit union executives discussing how they build resilient cultures in their institutions.
The event will be hosted at the Morgan Hill Event Center in Hermon and run from 10:00 am until 3:30 pm. Registration will open soon. Stay tuned for details.
