Rich Cole Named Seaboard’s Vice President of Operations

Seaboard FCU is pleased to announce that Rich Cole has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Cole is based in Ellsworth and will oversee all aspects of member service, branch operations, training, and facilities management for the organization. He reports to Kyle Casburn, Seaboard’s President & CEO.

Cole has 38 years of experience in financial services. He moved to Maine in 1998 and was a call center manager for Union Trust. Most recently, he was the Manager of Branch Operations at Seaboard FCU. Cole is originally from New Jersey and resides in Otis.

“We are excited to have Rich join our senior management team as the leader of our branch networks and member services staff,” said Casburn. “His expertise and management skills will help ensure the credit union is operated efficiently while meeting the financial needs of our members.”
