Record-Breaking Fundraising at Cumberland County FCU’s 8th Annual Bag Toss Tournament

Many supporters gather for the 8th Annual Bag Toss Tournament.

Cumberland County FCU is excited to announce that more than 45 participants gathered on Wednesday, June 3 at 33 Elmwood in Westbrook for the 8th Annual Bag Toss Tournament. The event raised a record $15,080 for Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger!

A big congratulations to Tucker and Tim from TruChoice FCU for first place and to Cole and Christine from Evergreen FCU for second place.

Deb Martin, Director of Training & Events, expressed deep gratitude, saying, “We truly couldn’t do this without the heartfelt support and kindness from our community, credit unions, and industry partners. Your generous sponsorships, donations, and continued participation help us grow this event year after year. We are incredibly grateful. Together, we are making a difference to end hunger in Maine.”
