Rebekah Higgins
Last week, Cris Wescott, Chief Administrative & Finance Officer at the Maine Credit Union League and Synergent, proudly announced a strategic employee promotion poised to enhance the strength and success of both organizations. Rebekah Higgins will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Growth & Solutions, effective June 23, 2025.
Throughout her tenure, Higgins has made a lasting impact across many areas of our business. She has led critical budgeting and financial planning efforts across multiple departments, guided Synergent’s Payments team with a steady and innovative hand, and played a key role in both new and renewal sales efforts. Her ability to forge and strengthen strategic partnerships—both new and existing—has helped our organizations and our credit union partners drive meaningful growth.
In her new role, Higgins will oversee the following departments: Finance & Accounting, Corporate Marketing, Solutions, and Strategic Partnerships. This alignment brings together essential functions under unified leadership, reinforcing the value we deliver to credit unions.
