Penobscot County FCU Announces Employee Promotions

Penobscot County FCU is pleased to announce three employee promotions. Dana Sibley has been appointed to the position of Regional Assistant Vice President of Retail Services and Loan Operations. Jess Francis and Tess Green have been appointed to Old Town Branch Manager and Bangor Branch Manager.

Sibley joined the credit union in 2014 as an Indirect Loan Officer. She quickly worked her way up to the Vice President of Lending position. In her new role, she is tasked with building a strong infrastructure of support for the credit union’s employees and members. In addition, she will assist in helping the credit union meet its lending and growth goals.

Francis has been with Penobscot County FCU since 2006. She has worked in many positions throughout her tenure. In 2017, she was promoted to Bangor Branch Manager and immersed herself in the community. She looks forward to returning to the credit union’s main branch in Old Town in her new role. In addition to her branch duties, she also will continue to manage the credit union’s marketing department.

Greene joined the credit union in 2012 and has been involved in various aspects of management such as operations, commercial lending, and mortgages. Over the course of her career, she has worked at the Bangor branch, making the transition to Bangor Branch Manager a seamless one.

In making these promotions, Penobscot County FCU’s management feels they are well positioned for future growth.

“We are successful because of the passion and determination that each member of our team possesses,” said Sibley. “We are fortunate to work with a team of hard-working individuals who continuously provide the best service to our members and have the financial wellbeing of our membership in mind.”
