League education is going on the road this fall—heading to Presque Isle to deliver several offerings for credit union professionals. These trainings are designed to help credit union employees advance their skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to members.

Hybrid Certified Teller Series
Date: September 10 – October 22 (10/22 Presque Isle location graduation)
Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Location: All classes are virtual. Part 3 and the graduation are in person.
Fee: $1,045.00/$750.00 for CUs under 50 million; $1,340 for associate members
This introductory program will provide training in the importance of credit unions and basic teller operations and skills including credit union history and principles, managing and maintaining the cash drawer, robbery and security, check fraud, check processing, Reg. CC, handling currency, BSA and OFAC compliance, basics of the credit bureau report, and lending. Click here to register.

For over 18 years, she has worked in various communications, advocacy, and financial counseling roles within the credit union movement. Lindstrom is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) and a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).
