Northeast CU Promotes Monica O’Hara to Assistant Vice President Support Operations

Northeast CU is pleased to announce the promotion of Monica O’Hara to Assistant Vice President Support Operations. In her new role, she will manage the Records Processing and Deposit Operation departments which are responsible for member records and deposit products.

“Monica has been overseeing the Records Processing department for the last 15 months and has done a fantastic job leading her team through great progress,” said Richard Lipari, Northeast CU Vice President Operations. “We are thrilled to see her grow into this new role, take on new responsibilities, and lead her team to continued success.”

“I am looking forward to being challenged in new ways and for the opportunity to collaborate with the leadership team on continual process improvements and strategy in order to meet our members’ needs,” added O’Hara.
