The League has retained Portland Research Group to conduct a confidential survey to analyze the compensation and benefits of Maine credit union CEOs and their executive teams. In early September, the report will be provided as a dues benefit to credit unions. The data will be sorted by asset size, regions of the state, and management positions. Portland Research Group was retained in 2019 to conduct a similar survey.
It is our hope that the survey findings will provide your credit union with valuable insight that you can use with your board and/or executive team. The value of the survey is significantly increased with high participation levels. For this reason, we hope you will complete the survey at your convenience in July. All credit union CEOs will receive a survey link via email on Wednesday, July 13.
Please note, only staff at the Portland Research Group will collect, review, and tabulate individual credit union data. At no time will anyone from the League or Synergent have access to it.
