Maine credit unions do many great things including social responsibility activities, member education and youth and adult financial education. Now, it's for your credit unions to get recognized for all that you do. It's time to submit an entry(ies) for the Dora Maxwell, Louise Herring, and/or Desjardins Awards. The online submission process is now open. The process for submitting an entry is new this year, as the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) has developed an online submission process. Links dedicated to Maine credit unions are now live and are below, along with a description of each award:

All credit unions that submit an entry in any of the categories will have their entries judged by a panel of Maine public relations professionals and all entries will be recognized at your League's Annual Meeting on Friday, May 15, at the Holiday Inn by the Bay. There is no cost to enter any of the Awards. Remember, the entry deadline is April 12, 2015.
Don't wait, submit your entry(ies) to one or more of these awards today, and get the recognition your credit union deserves! All first-place winners at the state level in each category will move on to compete in the national awards competition, coordinated by CUNA.
