The New England Financial Executives Council will meet on October 11 from 8:30 am-3:00 pm at the Inn by the Sea in Cape Elizabeth. You won’t want to miss this special event, which will focus on workforce challenges and how you can attract and retain quality employees.
The event’s morning session will be led by Janie Warner, MS-HRM, SHRM-SCP. Her presentation, “Blocking and Tackling: Hiring and Retention in a Robust Economy,” will include strategies for attracting applicants with the right skills, as well as creative ways to incentive them to stay at your organization.
Following lunch, which will be provided, Laura Caton, Senior Consultant with the Cornerstone Group, will address talent optimization, the cost of disengagement, and using a diagnostic approach to understanding employees.
