The Special Olympics Maine Tee It Up Golf Scramble has a new date! After weather forced the postponement of the July tournament, the event will now take place on September 21.
There’s still time to get involved. Organizers are looking for eight more teams, as well as additional sponsors and auction items, to help make this year’s tournament a success. Most importantly, Special Olympics Maine’s golf athletes are ready to play, and the goal is to make sure every athlete has a team to join. If your credit union, a local business, or a group of friends would like to participate, now is a great time to sign up.
