Team Maine Savings FCU at the 2023 Champion the Cure Challenge.
Maine Savings FCU employees turned out in a big way to help fight cancer. The credit union assembled a team of 68 to participate in the 2023 Champion the Cure Challenge in Brewer. The team included walkers, runners, and volunteers who staffed one of the race’s water stations.
Collectively, Maine Savings FCU raised $5,881.18—money which stays local to help patients and families in the Bangor region who are affected by cancer. The Champion the Cure Challenge also supports critical cancer research and treatment to extend lives.
