Keri Denis
Maine Savings FCU is pleased to announce the promotion of Keri Denis to Vice President, Senior Commercial Credit Analyst. Denis was promoted in recognition of her strong performance, depth of experience in commercial credit, and demonstrated commitment to supporting members and colleagues through thoughtful, relationship-driven lending practices.
Denis joined Maine Savings in June 2025 as Senior Commercial Credit Analyst and quickly distinguished herself as a trusted resource within the commercial lending team. With nearly two decades of experience in banking and commercial lending, she brings deep expertise in credit risk analysis, loan origination systems, and operational efficiency, along with a strong focus on service and collaboration.
“Keri brings an exceptional level of insight, consistency, and care to her work,” said Christy Davalli, Senior Vice President & Commercial Lending Officer at Maine Savings FCU. “Her ability to balance sound credit judgment with an understanding of each member’s unique story reflects exactly how we strive to serve our commercial members. This promotion recognizes both her technical expertise and the leadership she demonstrates every day.”
Denis began her banking career in 2005 and has worked in commercial lending since 2009, gaining broad experience across commercial credit analysis and lending roles. Her well-rounded background supports Maine Savings’ commitment to responsible growth, strong partnerships, and long-term financial well-being for its members.
She is a graduate of the University of Maine, where she earned a double bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Ecology and Forest Ecosystem Science.
In her new role as Vice President, Denis will continue to support Maine Savings’ commercial lending efforts by strengthening credit quality, enhancing processes, and contributing to sustainable growth that benefits members and the communities the credit union serves.
“Keri’s promotion is a reflection of how we invest in people who lead with purpose,” said Jeff Charland, Chief Experience Officer at Maine Savings FCU. “She embodies our Beyond Banking approach by combining expertise with empathy, and by showing up for both our members and our communities in meaningful ways.”
Beyond her professional contributions, Denis is deeply engaged in community service. She serves as an Interact Chair and board member for the Rotary Club of Old Town; is an adult sponsor of the Old Town Area Interact Club; and is a charter board member and secretary for Caring Community Cupboard, a food cupboard serving Old Town. She also volunteers as a dog foster with Blessed Be the Bullies Rescue. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, live music, traveling, and being with loved ones.
