Maine Family FCU Hosted Its 85th Annual Meeting

Maine Family FCU President & CEO Dan Clarke provides a presentation.

Maine Family FCU is pleased to share that it recently celebrated its 85th Annual Meeting. On April 2, approximately 200 members, employees, and special guests from the community attended the event. This was the credit union’s first in-person Annual Meeting since the beginning of the pandemic and everyone was excited to be back together.

In addition to reviewing the credit union’s financial records, an election of officers took place. With unanimous agreement from the credit union’s members, Jim (James) Boulet was named Secretary of the Board and Marc Gilbert was named Treasurer. Both board members were re-elected for consecutive terms.

The cast of Little Women, directed by Maine Family FCU employee Brandon Chaloux, performs at the Annual Meeting.

The event also highlighted Maine Family FCU’s close association with the Community Little Theater (CLT) in Auburn. The credit union is a show sponsor for CLT’s upcoming musical production of Little Women. The cast performed three pieces from the show, which begins on April 20.
