Maine’s credit unions are once again earning national recognition for their creativity, innovation, and commitment to meaningful member engagement.
The annual Diamond Awards, presented by America’s Credit Unions, are among the most prestigious honors in the credit union industry, recognizing excellence in marketing across organizations nationwide. Each year, entries are judged by industry experts who evaluate strategy, creativity, results, and overall impact. Earning a Diamond Award signals not only outstanding execution but also leadership in telling the credit union story in powerful and effective ways.
This year’s competition drew a record 1,481 submissions, with 181 organizations from 42 states elected as winners. In total, 330 awards were distributed, reflecting the exceptional quality of work produced by credit unions nationwide.
Several Maine credit unions stood out on the national stage, demonstrating the strength and sophistication of marketing efforts across the state:
- Ancorum CU earned three Diamond Awards for excellence in Logos, Retail Display & Merchandising, and Brand Storytelling & Purpose Video.
- Atlantic FCU received a coveted Category’s Best honor in Retail Display & Merchandising, placing it among the very top entries nationwide.
- Downeast CU was recognized in the Community Partnerships & Endorsements category.
- Empeople CU earned their award in Retail Display & Merchandising.
- TruChoice FCU received a Diamond Award in Digital Advertising.
