
Representatives from Maine credit unions and the League were in attendance for the annual Diamond Awards Ceremony.
At a celebration in Austin, Texas on March 25, the best and brightest in credit union marketing were honored at the 2025 Diamond Awards Ceremony. Held in conjunction with America’s Credit Unions’ Marketing, PR, & Development Council Conference, the event recognized 180 outstanding marketing initiatives. Among the winners were two Maine credit unions and the Maine Credit Union League, each bringing home a coveted Diamond Award.
Evergreen CU took home two awards, earning honors in the categories of Radio/Streaming Ads – Single or Series and Social Media. TruChoice FCU received a Diamond Award in the Audience-Specific Marketing category, along with a prestigious “Category’s Best” designation. The Maine Credit Union League also earned a “Category’s Best” award in the Financial Education category for its adult curriculum, which launched last fall.
Mike Rosmus, the League and Synergent’s Creative Marketing Manager, was in the Lone Star State to accept the award on behalf of the League. He shared, “Receiving a Diamond Award is a prestigious honor, especially because the winners are selected by peers in the industry. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our work recognized on a national stage, but just as exciting to celebrate the successes of our credit unions. I’m thrilled for the teams at Evergreen CU and TruChoice FCU, and it was a pleasure to share this experience with them.”
Credit unions, advertising agencies, and associations submitted 1,400 submissions for the prestigious awards. In all, 180 organizations from 42 states were selected as honorees, including League associate member, HRCU. The credit union was recognized in three categories: logo, multifaceted (for HRCU’s Greenland branch), and re-brand/new corporate identity. The neighborhood credit union was also named “Category’s Best” in the re-brand/new corporate identity category. To see a complete list of all winners, please click here.
