Your League's President John Murphy joined five other league Presidents in Boston on Thursday, July 2, for a meeting with NCUA Region 1 Regional Director Larry Blankenberger, and Associate Regional Director of Operations Rebecca Paliwodzinski.
The meetings are held periodically to encourage and facilitate an ongoing dialogue between state leagues and NCUA Region 1 leadership. The group reviewed key Region One credit union statistics and core exam focuses which include Interest Rate Risks and Cybersecurity.
"We always appreciate the opportunity to meet with Region 1 leaders to discuss mutual items of interest, as well as hear some of the issues going on in other states," commented Murphy.
