The League is pleased to announce a new training program to help credit unions facing workforce challenges. Episys Basics for New Tellers is designed to introduce new hires to the Symitar® Episys® core processing platform and provide interactive instruction and practice in basic teller transactions.
Tellers who complete the program will return to their credit union knowing the general functionality of Episys and will be able to conduct simple member transactions. The two-day course will cover:
- Basic teller skills
- Account Manager
- Everyday teller transactions
- Reading transaction history
- Cash handling skills
- Balancing the teller drawer, researching, and correcting errors
- Shared Branching practices
Registration is now open for two sessions—one taking place in May and the other in June. Additional sessions will take place later in the year. Enrollment is limited to 12 registrants per session.
The cost to attend is $329 per person. For credit unions with $50 million or less in assets, the cost is $219 per person. Lunch will be provided both days.
