The League is pleased to announce the introduction of a Compliance Hotline on its website. For many years, the League has taken compliance questions ad-hoc through the League’s Director of Compliance, Ellen Parent. The Compliance Hotline will provide a more streamlined approach to answering your credit union’s compliance questions.
The Compliance Hotline can be found on the Compliance tab of the Maine Credit Union League website. You must be logged in to the website to access the page. While questions will still be managed by Ellen Parent, the form will allow other members of the League team to provide coverage as necessary. In addition, the form will enable the League to better track what compliance issues are causing the most problems for credit unions and tailor trainings and resources to meet credit union concerns.
