May is just around the corner. In addition to preparing for Elevate 2024 and the annual Ending Hunger Convention Golf Tournament—two of the League’s signature events—plans are underway for our online auction to benefit the Campaign for Ending Hunger. But to ensure this year’s auction is even bigger than last year’s fundraiser, we need your credit union’s help.
The League is now accepting items for our online auction, which will go live on May 1 and run until 2:30 pm on May 17. By donating an item to support this year’s auction, you will help us get one step closer to reaching the Campaign’s 2024 goal: $1.2 million!
Popular auction items include gift cards, restaurant gift certificates, tickets to sporting events/concerts, small electronics, handcrafted goods, and amusement park passes. Last year, the auction had over 100 items and was our most prosperous to date.
If your credit union is interested in donating an item(s), please complete the donation form posted on the League’s website and forward your gift to the League by Friday, April 19, 2024. Completing the form is important for our recordkeeping, and it helps the League prepare the auction website for a smooth launch on May 1.
