The registration window for the League’s 2024 Financial Literacy Conference is still open, but much like summer in Maine, time passes quickly and it’s coming to a close before you know it. The last date to register for this can’t-miss event is two weeks from today: Friday, August 16. If you haven’t already, sign up to attend before it’s too late!
The event will take place on August 20 at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. This event is open to any credit union employee. The fee to attend is $75; $50 for credit unions under $50 million in assets and $100 for associate member credit unions. A continental breakfast will be provided.
The conference will help credit unions better-reach their membership with effective financial education. Along with learning the best practices on connecting each generation with tailored education, attendees will hear from a representative of a statewide financial literacy cohort, as well as an organization committed to advancing Maine’s economy.
