HRCU Expands Leadership with New Chief Retail Officer

HRCU continues to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of Krista Foerster to the newly-created role of Chief Retail Officer. Foerster has served in senior leadership positions in banking throughout New England for more than 25 years.

Krista will guide and equip our team with the right tools to improve our members’ banking experience, which is our highest priority.”

In her new role, Foerster will be responsible for overseeing the performance of all retail operations, including business development and wealth management, ensuring the outstanding member experience HRCU is known for.

Prior to joining HRCU, she was Head of Business Onboarding & Implementation at Northern Bank in Woburn, Massachusetts. She also held senior leadership positions at Santander, Citizens, and Bank of America.
