The League is excited to share that Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger has been selected to benefit from Hannaford’s Fight Hunger Bag Program at the South Portland store location during the month of March.

Next month, Hannaford will donate $1 to the Campaign for Ending Hunger for every $2.50 Fight Hunger Bag sold at Hannaford Supermarket’s Philbrook Avenue location in South Portland. If your credit union is located near the South Portland store, we hope you’ll consider sharing this opportunity with your staff, volunteers, and members. It’s also a great excuse to visit South Portland!

This Hannaford location is the only store where Fight Hunger Bag purchases will directly benefit the Campaign for Ending Hunger in March.
