Get The 4-1-1 on Client WorkStation Internet


Calling all credit unions who use Client WorkStation Internet. Synergent is pleased to offer the hands-on session, Client WorkStation Internet (CWSi), on Tuesday, September 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook. This session is an excellent training opportunity for new credit union employees or employees new to debit card services.

In this session, attendees will learn how to managing your card programs and cardholders, how to troubleshoot the transaction journal and effectively research member card issues. Issues surrounding terminals, ClientView Internet Reports, Single Point Corrections, and Fraud Tools will also be covered.  Attendees of this workshop will need to bring assigned token for this session, as you will be logging on to your own credit union's cardbase.
