The session, presented by Randy Romes, covers dark web fundamentals: how it functions, who uses it, and what financial institutions need to know to mitigate risks. Romes, a cybersecurity consultant with CliftonLarsonAllen, has a strong background in computer technology, physics, and education. He has been involved in developing numerous leading-edge hacking/testing methods and security service offerings, and is often asked to speak at national security management conferences.
