Five County CU is pleased to announce four recent promotions, continuing its strong culture of opportunity. The credit union is committed to supporting the growth of internal talent and celebrating their team members as they advance into key roles. Promoted team members include Danene Gill, Cameron Bernier, Jacob Dubois, and Cynthia Fraiser.

Danene Gill
Danene Gill has been promoted to Scarborough Branch Manager. Since joining Five County in 2020, Gill has established herself as a natural leader and a key member of the team. As a seasoned lender, she consistently rises to every challenge, offering unwavering support to her manager and colleagues. She has most recently served as Branch Manager Trainee, and is a member of the credit union’s inaugural Leadership Development Program Manager Cohort.

Cameron Bernier
Cameron Bernier is the new Lisbon Branch Manager. He began his journey with Five County CU as a Teller in 2017. He then worked as a Service Center Coordinator and later became an integral part of the Talent Development team training staff over the last three years. Throughout his time at the credit union, he has consistently demonstrated a deep knowledge of operations and a genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed. He also is a member of the Leadership Development Program Individual Contributor Cohort. Bernier brings deep connections to his home community of Lisbon.

Jacob Dubois
Jacob Dubois has been promoted to Yarmouth Branch Manager. Dubois joined Five County CU in 2023 as a Service Center Associate. He quickly moved up within the department to Coordinator and then Officer. Dubois earned the Service Center Coordinator Star of the Year award for 2024 and is a member of the Leadership Development Program Individual Contributor Cohort.

Cynthia Fraiser
Cynthia Fraiser has been promoted to the new Branch Manager Trainee. Frasier joined Five County in 2024 as a Teller. Then she was quickly promoted to a lending role. Her hard work, ability to learn, and great member service distinguished her as a rising star. In her new role, she will learn all aspects of branch management and cover for other managers in preparation to manage her own location when an opportunity arises.
