Evergreen CU Makes Donations to Several Community Organizations

Evergreen CU has announced the fundraising results of its summer kayak raffle. Thanks to the support of its members, the credit union raised over $8,200. Proceeds from the raffle were donated to three area lake associations, Collins Pond Improvement Association, Lakes Environmental Associations, and Little Sebago Lake Association, as well as the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland and many local food pantries.

“With thanks to the hundreds of raffle participants, Evergreen Credit Union is pleased that we can annually support different organizations that are essential to the many local communities we serve,” said Howard Lowell, Vice President of Marketing at Evergreen CU.
