Snow is plentiful for the Aroostook Chapter of Credit Unions' upcoming Snowmobile Ride happening on Tuesday, February 10, beginning at the Lakeview Restaurant in St. Agatha, ME. For those not able to spend a day riding the trails in the 'County', sponsorships are still available to support the causes that the Snowmobile ride will benefit including the Maine Credit Unions' Campaign for Ending Hunger, CULAC and Special Olympics. The Aroostook Chapter Meeting will be held following the ride at the Lakeview Restaurant. FMI – contact Steff Gagne at NorState FCU. Two days later, the fundraising goes from snowmobiles to golf (yes, golf) when the Annual Polar Bear Scramble takes place indoors on Thursday, February 12, at Val Halla in Cumberland. While all of the slots for the virtual tournament are filled, there are plenty of support opportunities that fit any budget still available.
