Synergent is pleased to announce that Downeast CU has signed a ten-year agreement with Synergent for hosted Jack Henry™ Symitar® core processing, Banno Digital Banking™, and iPay Consumer Bill Pay.
“Our Board of Directors and executive leadership team are thrilled to partner with Synergent to provide our technology platform,” said Joe Moses, President and CEO of Downeast CU. “We involved our entire 90-member team in selecting our next technology platform and look forward to completing this conversion. The Symitar platform provided by Synergent is the ideal source of technology that will help us achieve our ambitious goals of expanding our credit union’s member base in our local areas. And we’re very happy to be working with a company owned by credit unions.”
In addition to Jack Henry’s solutions, Downeast CU also signed a ten-year agreement for Synergent’s integrated credit and debit card services along with check processing, statement processing, and WyCom laser check printing.
“We are delighted that Downeast CU has decided to partner with us for their new ten-year agreement,” said Randy Stolp, President of Synergent. “They are a fantastic credit union, and we can’t wait to collaborate with them across so many of our service areas. Our team is eager to support Downeast through the delivery of essential solutions accompanied by signature service and support.”
