After completing record-breaking fundraiser last year, PeoplesChoice CU is thrilled to host its 22nd Annual Polar Bear Scramble in support of Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger and Special Olympics Maine—two organizations of high importance to both PeoplesChoice and the community! The credit union is incredibly grateful for all the support this event has received in its 21 years. Last year, they raised a record $23,701, bringing the Scramble’s all-time total up to $290,435, with $185,435 having directly benefited the Campaign and $105,000 helping Maine’s Special Olympians.
Returning to The Woodlands Club in Falmouth on Monday, October 6, there are many opportunities to show your credit union’s support. PeoplesChoice CU is accepting golf registrations, an assortment of sponsorships, and raffle item donations. You’ll want to act fast to secure your spot! With most of last year’s teams returning, the remaining golf spots are limited. For more detailed information and to sign up, please view/complete the registration form.
With a sponsorship of $2,000, PeoplesChoice CU will throw in four high-quality, very limited-edition Polar Bear umbrellas (see below). If you choose to sponsor at a lower level, you can throw in an extra $50 per player to get your hands on this exclusive giveaway. If you are not able to enter a team, sponsorships start as low as $250; all sponsorships and team registrations simply allow the Polar Bear Scramble to provide more help to the community.
