As you may know, CUNA currently is holding a special election to fill vacancies on its Board of Directors. The special election began on November 12 and voting will close next Thursday, December 16.
Jason Lindstrom, President/CEO of Evergreen Credit Union, is running for the District 1, Class A position. This seat represents credit unions having less than 38,000 members in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

About Jason Lindstrom
Jason has been proudly serving the credit union industry for over 25 years and has maintained a longstanding relationship with CUNA. He has served on the CUNA Executive Committee for the Marketing and Business Development Council for eight years, including two as its Chair.
Throughout his credit union career, he has been a strong advocate for credit unions and has participated in many programs to advance our movement, both in Maine and nationally. He is a graduate of the Western CUNA Management School, a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), and is a past Filene i3 participant.
In Maine, Jason serves as the President of the Alex Ferguson Chapter of Credit Unions and is a Board Director for our League and Synergent. As part of the League Board, he serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee and is the Chair of the Technology Committee. Jason also volunteers his time in his community, serving as the Board Treasurer for the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland.

CUNA sent ballots electronically and via the USPS to each eligible credit union in District 1, Class A. If your credit union did not receive a ballot, please contact CUNA.
