Difficult Situations: Handle With Care!

Supervisor University is back and ready to help you handle difficult employees and uncomfortable situations.  Join Jane Thomas, your League's Director of Education, for the session, Supervisor University - Dealing With Difficult Employees on Tuesday, April 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook.

If you are a supervisor, you know that difficult situations will eventually arise in the workplace. Don't get caught off guard! Learn to the skills to act appropriately in difficult situations.  In this session, you will learn what makes someone difficult and how to handle difficult and unproductive situations. You will learn when it is appropriate to coach and when it's necessary to take it to the next level. Additionally, you'll learn when it's time to use a disciplinary action plan.
