Please complete the User Satisfaction Survey


Recently, your League sent a User Satisfaction Survey to all of its members and users. Utilized as an important tool for feedback, ideas and issues, all CUs are asked to complete it.

“The User Satisfaction Survey offers respondents an opportunity to provide honest feedback on how we’re doing.  It’s one of the ways in which we learn what we’re doing right, and what we need to work on.  We appreciate all of the feedback, and closely examine each survey as part of our continuous, quality improvement efforts,” remarked Tim Brooks, VP of Corporate Marketing for the Maine CU League and Synergent.

In the survey, respondents are asked a series of questions and asked to rate the services and service provided by your League, and the products, services, and service provided by Synergent.  Each credit union received its own unique link.

While all members and users are surveyed once a year, feedback is welcome and encouraged throughout the year.

All CUs are asked to complete the online survey by July 24th.
