Lori Michaud, CEO of CUSO Home Lending, is excited to share the recent promotion of Amy Reaviel to the new position of Director of Training.
Reaviel has been in the mortgage lending profession since 2005. She joined CUSO Home Lending in 2018 as a Processing Supervisor and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2019. Michaud cited Reaviel’s many years of experience in choosing her for the new position of Director of Training.
“I am pleased to announce the promotion of Amy to the Director of Training,” said Michaud. “Strong training and resources are important to our success in promoting homeownership. Amy’s experience in the mortgage industry and past training knowledge are key as we continue to support our credit unions in the real estate lending market.”
“I’m excited to begin my new role as Director of Training,” added Reaviel. “My goal will be to support our credit union partners with the training they need to provide superior customer service to their members and grow their business. I’m looking forward to creating some fresh new training programs that I hope will help them succeed in their day-to-day interactions with the families they serve.”
Amy Reaviel lives in Brewer with her husband Bill and their dog Coco. She and Bill have two sons, Alex and Levi, and a grandson, Lucas. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandson while her youngest son is serving overseas.
