CUSO Home Lending Hires New VP of Servicing and Loss Mitigation

Troy Taylor

Lori Michaud, President and CEO at CUSO Home Lending, has announced the hiring of a new Vice President of Servicing and Loss Mitigation. Troy Taylor accepted the position in June and has come to Maine from Pennsylvania.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in the field of financial services, with a focus on mortgage servicing—and more than a dozen years in leadership positions. Prior to assuming the Vice President of Servicing and Loss Mitigation post, Taylor worked at companies including Norwest Mortgage, CitiFinancial, and Cenlar FSB, as well as at smaller firms and credit unions such as Andrews FCU and Cascade Financial Services.

After conducting an extensive search, Michaud is confident Taylor will be an excellent addition to the CUSO Home Lending team.

“As we look toward the future and the needs of our homeowners, I believe Troy’s vast experience in leadership within our profession will help enhance our mortgage servicing area,” said Michaud. “Troy’s presence will make our commitment to excellence and our customer-centric approach even stronger.”

In taking on the new position, Taylor said, “This role presents an opportunity to make a significant impact for our customers. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to streamline mortgage servicing operations, while delivering enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.”

Beyond his professional achievements, Taylor says he finds great fulfillment in his personal life. He is happily married and blessed with three wonderful children. His interests extend beyond the boardroom as he is an avid volleyball aficionado and golf enthusiast.
