CUSO Home Lending is pleased to announce the promotion of Lori Michaud to Residential Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. In her new role, Lori will be responsible for overseeing Residential Lending, Accounting, Human Resources, Compliance, IT, and Facilities Security. She also will use her expertise to collaborate on marketing, operations, servicing, and strategic initiatives.
“Lori has been a critical member of the CUSO Home Lending team for 27 years,” said Russell Cole, President and CEO of CUSO Home Lending. “Throughout her tenure, Lori has worked tirelessly to help our credit union partners provide competitively priced residential mortgage products, including our innovative CU Promise program, to Mainers in all corners of our state. Her proficiency and knowledge of the lending market has been critical to our company’s success and growth, and I am thrilled to promote her to this well-deserved position.”
In addition to her role at CUSO Home Lending, Lori is the current Board President for the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals (MAMP) and the New England Credit Union Real Estate Network (CUREN). When she is not working, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling. She resides in Hermon with her husband, Ryan.
