Community CU is offering a series of free Workplace Stability Workshops on October 16, 17, and 18 in Auburn, and credit unions are invited to attend.
Instability is another measure of diversity in our workforce. Individuals living in unstable, low-income environments can be major contributors to workplace success. Life issues can lead to poor job performance, missed work, and turnover. These workshops are designed to assist your organization with recognizing factors that lead to instability and give you tangible techniques to build a stronger workforce with increased stability, retention, and productivity.
You can attend all three or pick and choose which sessions to attend. Each event requires a separate registration and space is limited to 120 registrants. This free program is in high demand, so we recommend registering soon.
