For the past two years, several credit unions across the state have been coming together to create an informal training committee, comprised mostly of credit union trainers, support personnel, and credit union service organizations (CUSOs). The group meets on a quarterly basis, both in person and remote, to discuss the challenges facing these roles in a supportive environment.
This collaborative group exemplifies the “Cooperation Among Cooperatives” principle in allowing the members to lean on each other for solutions, share knowledge and resources, and stay on top of current training trends.
