Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger has partnered with CLYNK to Give to expand its fundraising efforts.
What Is CLYNK to Give
CLYNK to Give is a year-round bottle collection drive that allows participants to support their favorite charities by donating the proceeds of their CLYNK rebate to a charity of choice—in this case, the Campaign for Ending Hunger.
How to Participate
If you would like to collect bottles at your credit union and participate in this fundraising effort, please contact Liv Charron, Corporate Marketing Coordinator for the League and Synergent, by phone at 207.773.5671, ext. 388 or email at ocharron@synergentcorp.com.
It is important to ONLY use the bags and bag tags the Campaign for Ending Hunger provides to ensure the donation is accepted and directed to the Campaign.
Returning a bag is quick and easy. Once a bag is full, bring it to any Hannaford location with a CLYNK kiosk. Scan your tag, drop, and go!
Dollars Raised
Dollars generated through this effort will be allocated to the Campaign for Ending Hunger’s General Fund. Contributions to this fund are used to support statewide efforts and grants to organizations like Good Shepherd Food Bank and Full Plates Full Potential.
Already CLYNKING?
If your credit union already has a CLYNK account, you can easily donate your funds to the Campaign for Ending Hunger. Visit the DONATIONS tab on CLYNK’s website and select our charity to have your funds transferred to the Campaign’s account. Members can donate this way as well!
