Two options are twice as nice. The League will be delivering both a hybrid and an in-person certified teller series beginning next month. Register today for the program that is most convenient for you and earn your Certified Teller Certification.
The classes will provide training on the importance of credit unions and basic teller operations. Participants will also receive an overview of credit union history and principles, managing and maintaining the cash drawer, robbery and security, check fraud, check processing, Regulation CC, handling currency, BSA and OFAC compliance, and basics of the credit bureau report and lending.

Hybrid Certified Teller Series

Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Location: All classes are virtual. Part 3 and graduation classes are in person.
Fee: $1,045.00; $750.00 for credit unions below $50 million in assets. $1,340.00 for associate members.

In Person Certified Teller Series
Date: September 24 – November 6
Time: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm with a light breakfast and lunch.
Location: Credit Union Service Center | Westbrook
