Team Casco rides to end hunger in Maine.
On Saturday, September 6, Casco FCU hosted its 8th Annual Ride to End Hunger, coordinated by Patty Kenison. The credit union’s biggest fundraiser of the year brought together more than 25 riders and raised an incredible $6,145 for the Campaign for Ending Hunger.
“The Ride to End Hunger is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when our community comes together,” shared Marti Allen, President & CEO at Casco FCU. “We’re proud of the riders, volunteers, and supporters who helped make this event such a success, and grateful to everyone who contributed to raising money for the Campaign for Ending Hunger. Together, we’re making a real difference for our neighbors in need.”
This year’s Ride to End Hunger not only celebrated a day of camaraderie and People Helping People but also made a meaningful contribution toward fighting food insecurity in Maine. The event reflects Casco FCU’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the communities it proudly serves.
